Description
Dibasic Esters (DBE) is an ester of a dicarboxylic acid. Dibasic Esters is normally a mixture of dimethyl succinate, dimethyl glutarate and dimethyl adipate.
Application
Dibasic esters or DBE is an ester of a dicarboxylic acid used as solvent in paints, coil coatings, paint strippers, coatings, plasticizers, resins, binders, solvents, polyols, soil stabilization, chemical grouting, oilfield drilling fluids, crop protection products, cedar spray, and adhesives.
1. In ink industry: substitute dibasic ester or DDE for isofloxone, a high boiling point of solvent, high toxicity, strong odor, used in ink.
2.In resin industry: industrial dibasic ester has a low viscosity. One of these can reduce the viscosity of the resin without reducing the molecular weight or solid content. The second increases the solid content while maintaining the same viscosity. With this function, high solids and low viscosity resins can be produced.
3.In organic synthetic intermediate and in chemical intermediates: polymerization can produce a variety of polyesters and other polymers. It is also the raw material for the production of a series of chemical products, such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides and triggers.
4.In cleaning agents, paint removers, industrial cleaning, very suitable for use as cleaning agents, paint removers, industrial cleaning.
